About
Racing Opportunity Collective ROC Inc
Racing Opportunity Collective ROC Inc is a nonprofit organization rooted in passion, grit, and the belief that every young person deserves the chance to chase their racing dreams — no matter their background or income. Founded in Oklahoma by a racing family with deep ties to the sport, ROC exists to bridge the gap between passion and possibility in the off-road racing world. We provide youth and young adults with access to essential gear, race entry support, mentorship, travel assistance, and community — empowering them to compete with confidence and build a future both on and off the track. Whether it’s a pair of boots, a covered entry fee, or mentorship, ROC steps in where traditional resources fall short. We believe that racing builds more than speed — it builds character, discipline, and life-long friendships. From local state series to national events, our impact stretches beyond the track. We’re proud to fuel the future of the sport by lifting up the next generation of riders.

RIDERS SEEKING SUPPORT
DRIVEN . DETERMINED. DESERVING
Meet our Roc Riders Seeking Support. They are the driven, the determined, and the deserving — young off-road racers who refuse to let obstacles keep them from chasing the finish line.
ROC riders come from all walks of life, but they share a common goal: to race with heart, purpose, and pride. These youth and young adults are building their skills, their confidence, and their futures — one race at a time. What they often lack in resources, they make up for in work ethic, grit, and commitment.
Many of our riders are seeking help with:
-
Essential safety gear (boots, helmets, goggles, chest protectors)
-
Entry fees for local and national races
-
Transportation and travel costs to get to events
-
Mentorship, community, and visibility within the sport
With your support, we’re not just helping them ride — we’re helping them rise.
If something about our mission speaks to you — if you believe in lifting up the next generation of racers — we’d love to hear from you.
Whether it's $20, a used pair of boots, or a conversation about sponsorship, your support makes a real difference.

Meet the FOUNDER
Shelee Henderson - President
Shelee Henderson is more than a racing mom — she’s a mission-driven changemaker who saw a gap in the off-road world and decided to build a bridge across it.
Adopted from South Korea and raised in Oklahoma, Shelee was introduced to the dirt, the dust, and the drive of off-road racing through her son, Gage. As she watched him grow from a beginner into a top-ranked rider, she also saw firsthand how financial barriers, lack of access, and limited exposure hold back countless talented youth who simply can't afford the gear, race fees, or transportation it takes to compete.
Instead of just cheering from the sidelines, Shelee rolled up her sleeves and created Racing Opportunity Collective ROC Inc — a nonprofit dedicated to making sure that every young rider with a dream has a chance to chase it.
Through ROC, Shelee now supports youth and young adult riders across Oklahoma, Texas, and beyond with gear donations, race scholarships, community mentorship, and visibility. She works hands-on with families, riders, and race series to connect resources to the people who need them most — whether that’s a donated helmet, a ride to the track, or a second chance at a finish line.
Shelee brings her own story of resilience, resourcefulness, and community-building into every aspect of ROC. She understands that this sport isn’t just about racing — it’s about identity, confidence, and belonging. And through ROC, she’s creating a place where riders are seen, supported, and celebrated — no matter where they come from.
What started as a small act of support for one racer has grown into a movement that’s helping shape the next generation of off-road champions.
